Title: Boğaziçi Fethiye
Post by: karaokemark on March 23, 2013, 06:21:48 AM
Four of us went to the Boğaziçi again last night, we go to the one nearest the new town square, the few times we have been the food as been excellent, good professional sevice low key entertainment 2 Turkish singers. last night two of us had Chateaubriand the full fillet was cooked then brought to the table on a trolley with the different sauces and flamed and sliced the portions were very big and we both agreed one of the best meals we have eaten for a long time. In our opinion this is the best restaurant on the new kordon.

I have numerous good reports from different people re the breakfast but never found the time to go; maybe tomorrow! It sounds like a good alternative to the Yoruk if we can't make the time to go there. Doğan loves buffet anything so he will be happy   :)

I can also vouch for their breakfast. They do a fantastic buffet breakfast on Sundays, but also a great Turkish breakfast any day of the week.

Its one of our must do things each time we are in Calis - an early morning  (well sometimes not so early) cycle into Fethiye, stopping at Bogazici for breakfast.

We keep saying we'll go in the evening - but never have. Must do next month when we are there.

I know i ve been going to Fethiye for years but never been to Calis sunday market! Coming from Fethiye,as you bear left at the big municipal building to Calis do you carry straight on or is it better to aim for the dolphinless roundaboutless  lights?  :)

Thats the "every day" version.  On Sunday its a help yourself buffet so you dont get it all laid out on the table like that.

Think we will have to try this place, we usually get the fruit, vegs, eggs, cheese and chicken in the Calis Market and have a pancake there, but think we will take the cool box and after shopping head up to this Restaurant.  Will copy and paste this so I don't forget.
Amanda, you must pay a visit to Calis Market, particularly if you are self catering, easy to get your food shopping as it's not as huge as Fethiye Market
