1. Hamsa from the Golden Moon as my main barman. He works non stop and never complains.
2. Angel from Nil bar asmy barmaid. Her personality (and Turkish lessons) will keep my customers amused.
3. I'd have Lee from Cinar as my regular DJ. He's got a hard drive full of fab music.
4. Shenay from Gunisik as my entertainer. His command of the British humour, even colloquialisms and dialects is amazing. He'd also double up as my kebap/wrap maker.
5. I'd pinch Nicola & Dogan's chef so I'd have the best authentic Turkish restaurant in Calis Beach
and Me????.............. I'd be too busy supervising all that so wouldn't have time for much else, LOL

PS I have to agree with you about Lee. A very nice young man who works hard and who knows exactly what his customers want and delivers it in a very pleasant, natural way. :)

They'd be expected to be chief- chucker- out, keep order in my bar, take no snash from punters who'd partaken of too much falling down water and were cheeky, face up to challangers in a dominant manner and say it like it is. Highlander as barman -he likes to dance on them so entertainment sorted and he can choose his barmaids.
Gordon -have to pinch your idea as bouncer but doubling as quality control
Stoop as DJ -you like your bands

No food as it is a fun pub!!!!!

We were not fortunate enough to go to the original Post Office but we spent many, many happy nights in the "second" one which is where B52 is now.
