I was copied into this email from a Client who I have had the pleasure of working with for a number of years. He retires tomorrow and I will miss him for many reasons including emails like this.
Gentlemen,
This is a rare photo shoot of a very high spec ceiling mounted light fixture as commonly used in modern fire stations. Any contractor regardless of trade and skill fits the flat bit to the ceiling with four screws and in twenty one days time, the electrical contractor accompanied by a white rabbit and a duck, does abracadabra clockwise round the outside wall of the building and the flat bit grows a bulbous bit and there is light. Clever and interesting but not what I ordered.
There is an official opening in St Margaret’s Hope on Wednesday attended by everyone who is anyone in Orkney and four Highland Councillors. I have had diapers and towels supplied for the occasion as many of them will wee their pants. Tim and Gordon, can we please get it sorted?

Looks very Turkish - you ask for a light, you got a light whats the problem!
