Title: Thomson
Post by: Highlander on March 31, 2013, 21:31:09 PM
I cannot get into my Thomson booking to change it.

In Booking Reference I am entering a 6 digit number.

Name and Going Date are entered correctly.

Does anyone know if this (the entry of 6 numbers) is correct or not

Don't know if this is relevant BUT my travel agent told me that I cannot change anything re my Thomson flight until 3 weeks before I go as they have to have the flight manifest to hand before changes can be made. Hope this helps and sorry if it doesn't.

By spooky coincidence we are also taking the Thomson route and have booked a package for the first time since the black and white days. Our Thomson reference is 7 digits, all numbers.

When I read it, it sounded like someone saying I'm not playing with you anymore, I'm not talking to you anymore, You're not my friend anymore.
That's all.

Ah - no it transpires we are flying with Jet2.

Which is a pain in the tonsils because we won't be able to select our seats until 7 days before.

We booked our seats on Jet2 months before we travelled - I chose to pay extra for 1A and 1B when we went to Venice. Big mistake - it's bloody freezing in February at Edinburgh airport and would they close the bloody door :D

You can choose your seats as your making your booking with Jet2.   :)
