Certainly some new things showing, it would be interesting to be able to pinpoint the date of the latest update.

You need Google Earth not Google maps.  :)

The new Esnaf Hastanesi is not complete.
That narrows the date range.

Well the new hotel next to Sunset isn't even started so that rules out most of 2012. The apartment block at the back of Saglik has a green pool and the gardens are overgrown so my guess is its probably 2011.

I'd agree with Stoop - maybe even late 2010 looking at the state of completion of the SBC site.
