Hi,
I've just registered with the forum, m hoping it'll be a good way of finding out what's what in Calis.
At the mo I'm still in Gourock/Scotland but my plan is to come and live in Calis in October. My partner is a Turk and just last month we rented a small house which I'm so delighted with and missing very much.....missing my partner too of course...hehehehehhee. Will spend the summer (school hols, as I am a classroom assistant) in Calis but hopefully, fingers crossed, that will be my last 'having to return home' visit and I will make a permanent move come October/November. So as I said, I'm hopeful that this will be a good way to find out any information I need about, well let's face it....everything!!   ;)

Thanks Jim,glad to hear u had a smooth transition.  Maybe nearer the time u could advise me about shipping cargo....it'll only be a few...ok several, boxes!! but I've been looking online and at the moment I haven't got a clue where to start.  :-\

Awwh cheers Bernie, maybe we can swap ideas and useful info....half of me is so excited by the move, the other half is terrified  :)
