I just wanted to remind those with cars about this amazing little "Village Driving Routes" guide produced by the Travel Foundation as part of the Taste of Fethiye project. Thank you to those that gave feedback to the foundation last year as requested to admin@thetravelfoundation.org.uk

There is to be a reprint of this popular driving guide and we still do and will continue to have a supply available in the Mozaik for those with cars; or download and print straight from the internet.

Taste Of Fethiye project

Project aims include:
- helping hotels in the Fethiye region buy produce from local farmers.
- helping local farmers to better understand the needs of hotels, and plan their production cycles accordingly, and help them to market their goods successfully.

This project is receiving much attention worldwide and is the subject of a study to see how it can be replicated in many other countries around the world.

The Taste of Fethiye Project gives away free samples of their produce at the Spring Fair in Kayaköy.

Launched in 2010 with the Travel Foundation and Tour Operators to make this project a reality.this five year project sees collaboration between the Travel Foundation, Co-operative Travel, Thomson, First Choice and Thomas Cook.
