we feel that we have found paradise in Calis, love the people, food,the atmosphere, markets etc etc. Merle and myself (brian) just keep returning year after year, nearly bought a bungalow 3 years ago and have regretted not going through with it since. Ho Hum, bit long in the tooth to try again, back again for 4 weeks from August bank hol, just can't wait. Great forum scunner...thanks

Hi ratty9, welcome to the forum, I agree with Puma not to give up and take up Xanadu's offer of going to see Keith and her. You are neber too old. I shall be 60 in six months but we only bought our house last year. Anyway, have a lovely time in August and keep an open mind.
