Title: cancelling pre paid baggage

Does anyone know please if you can get a refund on baggage if you hnge you mind about having it, or once it is booked is it too late? many thanks for any advice   :)

Why don't you ask them instead of getting loads of different opinions on here then ?

Try this number. It's their offices in Luton and it's not a premium number 01582 525422.

But, I think you'll find that they have a "no refund policy" in their T&Cs except in the case of bereavement or serious illness.

many thanks kkob, dont know why I did not think to phone them!! well you can not get a refund on pre paid baggage (handy if anyone else needs to know this in the future)they were really helpful and said they will use  a code on my booking to say I need help with my case not a wheelchair (apparantly the code is for a wheelchair and there is no other code available)  ;) but help with lifting my case on to the conveyor belt not sure what will happen the Dalaman end but fingers crossed there will be someone kind enough to lift it off for me.....so that is all good I can still take my luggage  :)

No worries. There's always somebody willing to help, whether they're staff or a fellow passenger.
