Is it only me or have any of you heard the bin monsters? Everytime I drive past a skip I hear a roaring sound, is this a known phenomenon in Calis?

Baz they are every where! I heard there was an attack on Baris Manco last week!!! Between them and the block monsters it's ridiculous!!!
