"A senior executive at one of the world’s largest hotel groups has admitted breaching TripAdvisor’s rules by posting dozens of glowing reviews about the firm’s properties."
He also rubbished rival firms' hotels.

Good job Scunner & Co, are on the lookout for this sort of thing on CBF.

One Hotel in Hisaronu which was being used as a sort of Youth Hostel last year, re-opened with a new name this year and T.A. had about 25 new posters giving this place fabulous reviews.   Any bad reviews where removed and there where loads of complaints to T.A.  I have read now on Forums that people booked up this hotel in the strength of the original T.A. reviews.

Golden moon anne

I saw the Golden Moon was up for sale recently.

I found the hotel rooms fairly pleasant & most of the staff helpful, food actually quite good, good location.  Soon learnt not to run a tab :(, payg & check the measures & prices against price list & your change etc :(.  Needless to say the Bar wasn't ever very busy, most people strolled up the road to places more relaxing (on head & wallet) like the Meeting Point  :)
