We finally got to see her (the new granddaughter), obviously Carl & Catherine had a lot to talk about. She was 21 days old when this pic. was taken.
Hopefully she'll be in Calis September 2006 visiting, we've told her the trip is a breeze from New Orleans.

I think this deserves a caption.

congratulations,  to you all , she is gorgeous.  8 weeks to wait for my 1st grandchild (a boy) cannot wait.

congratulations to you both, she's gorgeous, but they all are at that age, it's when they older u have the fun, enjoy her now have the fun later & don't let her run u around cos she wear u out, my kids can still do it, aint got grandkids yet, not my own anyway. Alan

Thanks for all your comments, she is beautiful. Unfortunately I can take no credit for that as she is my step granddaughter.
I have no children, Just 2 very beautiful stepdaughters, must admit Carl got a bit worried when I nursed her but I'm not going the way of the Italian woman who conned the docs into letting her have a child. :-)
Unfortunately she lives in USA so we won't get to see her too often. I think when we do she's going to be spoilt rotten.
