Just under two weeks to go to the Big Beach Party at Bakraç Beach Park. It's a fairly new venue just a little further up from the Surf Cafe, in fact it's almost on the exact spot where James Bond filmed the beach bar scenes in Skyfall. The venue has one of Turkeys best sound and light systems, in fact it surpasses many of those in the top Ibiza night spots.
If you are going then please be there for 7pm prompt, it's more than a sell out and AA have now upped the seating to accommodate 160 people. At 7.00 you have me playing summer sounds then at 7.30 the brilliant Super Mario Band will take to the stage for what will be an unmissable performance, if you haven't seen the SMB then you're in for a real treat.
There's a top quality BBQ meal to follow and then from 9.30 I've got tunes from the 70s right the way up to Will.i.am, Daft Punk & Calvin Harris & just for good measure, Andy has arranged a foam machine. So come along in your dirty clothes and go home freshly laundered !
There are just a few tickets left, ( I think at the last count 140 have been sold ) so let us know if you want any reserving but be quick, this really is the Big One.
BTW, I understand that there is transport laid on back to Calis following the event or you can elect to stay under the stars on James Bond Beach

The few remaining tickets will be on sale tonight at our Summer Stand out side Golden Moon Estates from 7pm til 10pm :)

Sorry I couldn't make it tonight. :( We were having dinner with the neighbours. There are 8 of us so I'm guessing that's too many. Shame. I really hope it goes well and makes good money. Good luck Rimms. I'm sure it'll be lots of fun with you on charge. ;)

Just a week to go and just a handful of tickets left. This looks set to be the biggest event staged this year in Calis. The Super Mario Band are ..... Super! and I've prepared a set that means you're in a coma if you stay sat down.
Top Class Sound & Light Venue, BBQ, and you will be helping Animal Aid.

I'll do my very best to get there in the morning but our guests have just arrived late this evening so it might be hard. Especially with no car. I'm sure this is a long shot but if I don't make it and you happen to have 8 tickets left at the end we'd LOVE to come. Like I say, long shot. But worth asking.

Following the sound check today, I think there might be a few people on Rhodes wanting tickets. The venue looks great and even though there is plenty of space, the advice would be to get there early as the band is on from 7.30pm.

Thank you to Bakrak Beach Park I thought they were excellent, Thank you to Super Mario Band again excellent and than you to George and Chrissie for some fabulous music which made the party swing ;D

Great night at Bakrac! Well done Animal Aid - lots of local animals will benefit from this fundraiser! ;D. Super Marion were Super! DJ Rimms well what can we say? Another great selection of music from George assisted by the lovely Christine - thank you both! Great fun with the big foam canon too! ;D
