It must have taken some bo***ks to do this

A man cut off his own testicles with scissors and stormed into a church shortly before a couple were due to be married

him to fetch his "Spectacles".

Sweetbreads are the thymus gland from sheep ,not testicles but they can be used .

Sweetbreads or ris are culinary names for the thymus or the pancreas especially of the calf and lamb. Various other glands used as food may also be called "sweetbreads", including the parotid gland, the sublingual glands, and testicles. Wikipedia
