Title: Beware rasperry ketone pills
Post by: Karennina on October 26, 2013, 13:41:39 PM
Just to let anyone know who may be thinking of purchasing these pills for around the sum of £5 in an aid to help weight loss if you do so via an ad on line particularly facebook please make sure you tick or untick somewhere in the ad a box if not you will end up being subscribed to having some of their products sent to you on a monthly basis for the cost of around £45 to £88!!! I received a credit card statement today and  thought it was a fraudulent transaction so contacted my bank, on doing so I find out this is what has happened to me, I am not the first nor will I be the last but if I can save at least one other person have this happen to them....It is in effect a scam...Cant say whether the pills actually work as due to worrying about whether they would interact with other meds I am currently taking I decided not to start them so all in all it has turned out rather an expensive for nothing >:(

Thanks for the advice. I have recently been told to lose weight as my cholestrol is 8.2. I had looked at these and considered buying them. Back to slimming world it is then!!

Yes I too had been told by several people in the medical field to lose weight for various reasons hence why in my desperation I saw an ad of Dawn French looking amazing after alledlegley taking these pills....someone said after it was the result of having a gastric band fitted! I too have high cholesterol and was finally put on statins a year ago when it was decided that some people are prone to making too much regardless of diet and lifestyle.... I have been looking at joining slimming world this week it does look good some really good recipes...Yes I believe too the only successful way to lose weight is to eat healthily and move more  :)

I spent 3 months on these pills and they don't work, unfortunately I don't think there is an easy way to lose weight, I've tried all the fads and pills. We just have to eat less and move more!!

Yup, no escaping the fact, it,s got to be done.
Best part is I don,t take sugar, don,t add salt, only drink skimmed milk, only eat brown bread, low fat spread..wouldn,t bother me if I never saw another bar of chocolate or alcoholic drink again..but show me cheese, and crisps..

It,s slimming world and the gym for me.

The stuff in the raspberry ketones is a bulker, it expands in your stomach and makes you feel full up. It is not harmful so long as you dont exceed the dosage but may be helpful as it may curb your appetite some. I have used this myself and if you want to try it go on ebay and buy a 3 month supply for a few quid. Nothing ventured and all that... its useful having a pharmacist in the family.  :)

Have you thought of doing stretching exercises ? Afterall, if you're too short for your weight, they might help.  ;)
