Title: Calis Keep Fit Class

Good news for all the avid keep fitters we have found a new venue   :)
The Sevi Classic Hotel
Monday & Friday 10.30 – 11.30 (new people please come 10.15)
Our 1st class will be on Monday 11th November ;D
Tea, Coffee and snacks can be purchased in the Sevi Hotel after the class for anyone who may need reviving. : :)
Hope to see you all eager and ready to get back into shape after our long lazy summer.

Hoi Jan, I am unpacking the mankini for this year's classes, it will allow for maximum cooling. mrs tickets will be delighted too, I am sure ;D

I like to say a big thanks to all the people who turned up for the 1st keepfit class in the Sevi Calssic today. You all done great and it was nice to have a chat & a coffee after. Hope to see you all on Friday

Sorry Westy we don't as most of the people that come like to get the keepfit done early so that they can enjoy the rest of the day ha ha  As for the weekends if we had enough people that wanted this it could be done.

Just to let you know this is the last week to get your body ready for the summer. The keepfit ends this Friday for the summer. We would like to thank all our avid keep fitters  :)
