Just signed up - can't go wrong with a tenner for 6 months - this is through Amazon Local. No arguments when you want to cancel at the end of the 6 months either, you can simply cancel online. Just one note, this is new customers only not existing subscribers.

Great for the kids this Christmas (and me :D )

We have just today received our password for SIX months FREE Netflix with Virgin, & we are  an existing customer !!

Can you actually use the streaming option if you are in Turkey?  I seem to remember it being restricted to UK and some European countries...

Thought so. My wife has an ipad and with iTunes you can download and watch films anywhere it's a shame you don't get the same option with Amazon.

I got a free year's subscription to the ipad app Hotspot VPN and it is superb - easy to set up and switch on. You just install it, go to VPN in ipad settings, switch to on, then choose what country you want to pretend to be in (UK usually of course but sometimes USA to watch American content). Then off to iPlayer or Lovefilm or wherever you like.

Having Emmerdale on for the wife kids while they get ready is a bit weird on the west coast of Africa but it's a great app. You can try it free too:
