Hello all, my wife, sister-in-law and the kids have just returned from Calis and cant stop talking about how great the place is!! We have had many long conversations about buying a property abroad, and now they have found calis we feel that we want to act quickly. We have a few very basic questions, a) when is the main holiday season at the resort. b)if we wanted to rent our new property, how many weeks of the year would we probably fill it for? c)is there any way of receiving free legal advice or is there a good local solicitor we could use, if you are able to help then thank you very much!! When we come out next the beer will be on me!!

Welcome to the forum.
You should start your search by emailing the sponsors of this site.
In answer to your questions:
Holiday season is sort of end of April till October.
Our agent told us 12 weeks rental is doing well - others will no doubt have more or less than this.
You don't need a solicitor to buy in Turkey.  It's a waste of money!
Lastly make good use of the search facility on the forum - it's got the answers to every question you can think of, as many including myself have asked before lol

Hi Sean

Welcome to the forum.  Provided you purchase with a reputable company you should not need a Solicitor.  Our developer deals with our rentals, some of which are guaranteed - however we are fortunate and I don't think this is the norm.  Good luck - you should find all the info you need here.
