I don't have many friends so I was so excited to get an e mail from CBF that I responded immediately without reading the guidance - which on reflection could not have been more clearly explained.

Can I use "I am 62 and people need to cut me some slack" excuse ????

Not by replying to the email notification. The email notification is from CALIS BEACH FORUM telling you that you have a message, if you reply to the email you are replying to CALIS BEACH FORUM, not the person who sent you a message.

Reply to them in MY MESSAGES (in the blue bar above).

Sorry Steve I thought you were joking - any messages sent via forum Personal Message (PM) will show as a number in brackets next to 'My Messages' in the dark blue menu bar above near the top (the one that has 'Home' Profile' etc in it).
