Title: At Last

 For those who know me I normally still work.

However, after turning 60 some 2 and a half years ago I suddenly found that no offers came in.

Asside from an aborted attempt for two months in Azerbaijan nothing happened at all.

I can happily confirm that today I accepted a position and will be traveling wthin the next couple of weeks.

For those in a similar position I can say, " keep trying" I have sent up to 50 C.V's out every week for the last two years. But this one was a "heads up" from a friend.

I would also like to thank everyone who helped out during our difficult couple of years.
At times like this it is when you realise just what friends are.

Of course I will be returning for holidays and we will be keeping our house. But that is another story.

Well Jackstee, my "at last" is completely opposite to yours. I am knocking on the door of 69 and am stopping work in a fortnight, this time, for good. At least paid employment anyway. Have plenty of hobby stuff to keep me busy.
