  :)  :)  :) What a well deserved honour that would be Keith, brought a tear to my eye,  ;) I think they should make May Day holiday Winston Churchill day too, cant sign anything Scun my pen,s just ran out of ink.  ;)

Make Labour Day into Winston Churchill day? That should give them a laugh in Istanbul - remembering his utter disaster in Gallipoli.

Well ok, instead of May Day how about instead of Whitsun bank holiday, have Winston bank holiday, we would get a week then to honour the great man, lubbley jubbley. ;D

Well what a jolly good idea.  It could be like Lewes Bonfire where we could burn effigies of Thatch rather than the Pope or Guy Fawkes.  As to giving more holidays to UK Citizens to celebrate this day, I think not.  This would not fit in with Dave, Gideon and Nick's austerity plans.

Good on here aint it. ;D ;D ;D,    Definitely  agree with an Arthur Scargill day, the most obvious logical choice has to be April 1st.  ;)  ;)
