Saw in a local paper today that a fellow had been convicted of the crime of hamesucken.

I had never heard of that crime so, WITHOUT googling please, can you tell me what exactly he was convicted of  ;)

Think the clue for those not Scottish or not living here is Hame... Scots always call where they live Hame. :o
