Title: Best Bank to open a saving account

an anyone advise on the best banks in calis / fethiye that welcomes uk residents to open accounts. I have my tax number now want a savings bank that's UK friendly, ie, English speaking when I open one and ease of internet use from uk. any advice welcome, thanks guys
