Title: Cultural and Arts Centre.

I seen a Cultural and Arts Centre on BMB just going  towards the beach down from the Shanghai Blue.  It's not open yet, but I would be interested to know what there are going to have in there. : :)

This could be Zentaras new premises? 
At the meeting with the mayor he talked about a sports, arts and cultural centre near the canal where the volleyball and climbing wall are.

They had all sorts of activities in the winter so pop in and ask them what courses they are doing in the summer.
