Hi Scunner,
My name is Steve Ash, me and my wife have a villa in Calis Beach. There is a new complex of 5 bedroom villas which are painted orange(built by the ex mayor, Sakir Kondomnez)They are located on the main road about 70 metres in the oposite direction from the beach from Torean properties
We have had some very good experiences and also some extremally bad ones (from our previous property management company, who i would want to warn everyone from going to!)and wish to share them with others.

Hi Steve
You've introduced yourself on the wrong thread lol but welcome to the forum anyway.
Not sure exactly what your trying to say to be honest. Do you want to warn people of a bad property management team, if so please be as honest as possible and let us know. If you've not found someone reliable yet there are a few people here who can recommend someone for you.

We were with a company called Windsor Property Management (they were located about 30 meters away from Torean Properties) We were with them from 1 year and received terrible customer service from their Manager (Heidi Moore) She was very rude to our guests and very unapproachable. We have a 5 bedroom villa and had 16 double sheets and 8 single sheets and 20 towels. When we went back late last year her laundry people lost all of our linen and towels and mixed them up with other villas, and our supplies roughly halved in size (we had to constantly nag her for 6 months for her to make up the missing linen to the original numbers)
We paid her £220 for an electricity bill in Oct 2004 which she ensured that she paid, only for us find out last week when we were in Calis that no bill has ever been paid against our villa and unless we paid £350 there and then we will be cut off!! Heidi was adament that she paid this bill however the electricity company confirmed that no bill had ever been paid. We demanded our money back and after 6 visits to her office she finally paid us back.
Even though we paid for the welcome hampers these were often not there when our guests arrived and when they did arrive half of it was missing.
She was 1 hour late picking up one of our guests at the airport and did not pick up another guest on their return to Dalaman (early hours) for 45 minutes, the guest called Windsor and when the eventually answered, the driver stated that their flight was cancelled,...it wasn't, he mistook this for another customer.
We paid £350 for her annual service, and I would strongly encourage everyone not to consider going to Windsor Property Management . We are currently with a company called All Aspects. They are located behind Torean Properties and so far they have offered exactly what we are looking for. They are extremely friendly and very helpful. We have only been with them for 2 weeks, however if they continue to provide us with the level of service that we have received already, I would recommend them to anyone.

I find this interesting as we are using Windsor a present. We are going over this Friday and will report on our return. Good and bad.

And for new members can I point out that I am Heidi Yildiz........not the above mentioned Heidi Moore. It got very confusing when this Forum first started and I don't want it all getting confused again.

Well, we like Stoop are also with Windsor Property Management and have been for the past year or so.
We had 2 weeks in Calis, arriving back last week, when we got to our apartment I can honestly say the place was immaculate, bed linen clean, welcome pack etc, We had no complaints at all, and never have.
We also use them for transfers and again not once have we been let down.
So I find it hard to believe that someone could have such a diverse experience with the same company?.
Anyway I consider that I am fussy about the way I like things and have always been happy with Heidi, but its speak as you find I guess.
Just wanted to put my views forward as its only fair.

I had a very bad experience with a property management company who shall remain namless (they are no longer in business so there is no point).
Anyway as with acquiring any property we wanted to change a few things, there was also some minor repairs to carry out. I left the list with the property management company and paid up front for the work including organising the cleaning for when we returned for our main holiday. When we returned we were in for a shock.
The work that we had paid for was either poorly done or had just not been done at all. Even the cleaning we had paid for hadn't been done. It was my wife's first visit to the villa and finding the villa in the state it was was very upsetting for her.
With the other property management company no longer in business I had arranged to meet Heidi at Windsor Property Management prior to this anyway.
So we met up with Heidi the next day. The very next day she organised the cleaners to come in. During the course of the next 2 weeks every job that we asked her to do was done. The quality of work was excellent and when she said the date and time of when the workers were arriving - it happened. Our villa is on a complex so she also produced statements of our account, which was in arrears. So she organised for us to make payments there and then. So by the time we had left the whole mess had been cleared up and my wife had a smile back on her face.
Since we have been back home Heidi has dealt with some more work for us and renewed our house insurance and she deals with all of our bills. No job is too small for her.
Last August we were in a dire mess and needed help. Heidi provided it. She is very approachable and nothing was too much trouble for her. Heidi is a very nice person and I will be amazed if you are talking about the same person. There is of course two sides to every story.
