Title: Whirling Dervishes in Fethiye Tonight!

Throughout the month of Ramazan there will be a number of events around and about the area.

Tonight (Saturday 28th) in Fethiye

Fethiye Merkez / Fethiye Town Centre

18:30 - Culture Centre) – Municipality Janissary Band

20:30 - Outside Culture Centre – Shadow Puppets (Karagöz) Show

21:30 - Outside Culture Centre – Whirling Dervish Concert

Ok ok Nichola no need to rub it in, upset me enough to see it on Facebook. Wish,wish wish we were there what an experience! :(

I posted as soon as I heard Brian but all is not lost.

They are in Uzumlu tomorrow night (Sunday) and again at various other venues too. You can find all the events that are on during Ramazan here.

There was a no show in Uzumlu on Sunday.  Villagers very disappointed.  Went to Gocek instead apparently.

It may be worth double checking with FETAV if there is something you definitely want to see.

The programme in the link is as per the schedule sent out by the organisers but hey ho Türkiye hoşgeldiniz  :-X
