My current TV has finally given up, so I need a new one, the only problem is where do I get one and how much will I expect to have to pay?
Many thanks in advance

If you are in Calis there are loads of places, but Kipa seem to have the cheapest, we just bought a 32 in LCD for £145.00 ;)

Be aware that Kippa won't refund your money if it goes wrong and the onus is on you to get it repaired... teknosa. Eren Spot.. Beko.. Lots places in Fethiye.. You just need to shop around...

Dare I say that you may also get one on Facebook buy sell and swap. There is always someone selling up their home. Have you looked at sales on here as well?

Eren Spot, Migros and Kipa are where we have seen them. We bought a television in Migros, but cannot remember what we paid for it. I know that Ufuk sell televisions, we usually get them to come and sort out the aerial on the roof.

Electro World in town. Turkish arm of Curry's.

I once bought a tv from Migros, 9 years ago and when it went kaput within 4 months I was told that they will only take it back within the first 3 months. They did tell me to take it to G'başi as they dealt with the insurance firm. Not very good if you do not have a car is it?
I will NOT buy anything with a warranty from a supermarket here. My favourite is Eren Spot, their backup service is first class, sometimes they will help even when the Guarantee has run out. Okay you have to pay, but it is a nominal fee.

I bought a TV at Migros and it only had Turkish channels on it - what a waste of money.

We bought a 32 in tv from the big Kipa in June, lasted approx 4 days, would come on then switch itself off for no reason, we took it back, they said i would need to take it into ?fethiye, i refused, the security gaurd came on the scene and i thought oh oh here we go but no he was only there to translate, Mesut was his name, eventually got through to them i was not going anywhere until it was resolved, they eventually agreed on the service people to come collect the tv to ensure it was kaput, we went into town and then got a phone call to say new tv was waiting, a bit of a rigmarol, would i buy anything electrical from Kipa again a definite no, thanks to Mesut for all his help.
