Title: One for parents - Ignore no more!
Post by: nichola on August 18, 2014, 12:07:58 PM
Ignore No More, an Android app designed by a frustrated mum that gives parents the ability to lock their kid’s smartphone from afar, making it unwise to ignore mum’s phone calls.

Hmmm... I think you might find some adults interested in using this on their partner's smart phones.
Lol!   ;)

What I'd really like is an Interference Engine. Something perhaps 3 inches by 2 that, when you press the red button, blocks reception and/or operating functionality on all devices (including "ghetto blasters"} within 25 ft of me. Only to be used responsibly on beaches or in restaurants, of course.

The man who invented that device is called Howard Stapleton. The place I live is called Stapleton. A message here perhaps.

I could do with that.
Just before we moved out here I'd been trying to get hold of my son for days to no avail.
I finally sent him a text asking if he'd like to have our car when we left the country rather than us getting rid....funnily enough he replied within seconds. (Wasn't amused to hear it was just a ploy to get him to answer.  ;D ;D )

Fortunately his girlfriend is lovely and messages me every so often to let me know he's ok when she knows he hasn't been in touch!
