why dont you rent a car ,drive arround, find a property you like that is bieng built or empty, there are about 4,000 properties for sale in the fethiye region, find out who the owner or builder is, get a good lawyer to buy it for you, cut out agents and save yourself about 10k.

Hi paul and sharon welcome and good luck on buying.

Have a good luck around all the estate agents most have web sites get a feel for the areas and prices.See something you fancy then book a visiting trip you will get 4 days viewing with an agent.then make your choice. All the questions you need to ask can be found on this site.

Hi, Before we took the plunge we checked out the web sites at home to see what the properties were like, then when we got to Calis we rented bikes and spent a week getting a "feel" of where everything was. Location means a lot - we didn't want somewhere so far out that you needed a taxi to get home at night.  Then we approached Keith & Heidi, and Heidi showed us round lots of different properties- there was never any pressure. After a sleepless night (and a few rakis) we had made our decision and now a year on we are the proud owners of "Raffs Gaff". Heidi, Keith and the gang made everything so easy and even helped afterwards by taking us to get a satellite dish and get our bikes serviced. Good luck with your property search- its all worth it in the end.

I just bought my second property through Lagoon Estates,
I can,t speak highly enough of the service and help we have had over the purchasing and after sales from Ahmett and Sylvia and the rest of the staff:D

We didn't use a lawyer/solicitor and all went well:D

Now I'm told I could have done it without an agent :o

I could have saved a fortune:D or lost one:(
