I made a booking last week with Thomas Cook to fly from Dalaman to London and have just noticed I have spelt my friend's middle name wrong adding on an E where it should not be, should I contact T.Cook and have them amend it so as not to get any probs at Dalaman and if I do so will I be charged £35 for them to do this? Or should I just hope the staff at Dalaman wont notice...

I'd be more worried about UK passport control and departure gate check than Dalaman Karen (my Turkish residency had my name spelled Kieth and I went through DLM and back countless times in 5 years and nobody noticed it :) )
But for peace of mind I'd pay to get it changed. And I'm a tight git :D

By the way, I don't know if they charge to change a name in spelling terms only - I'd blame them and see if they'll do it free :D

Outwards is ok Kieth!! as we flying with Easy jet and that booking is correct, so it is just the Dalaman end, I have not entered the API yet so am wondering if I do that with the correct spelling and then turn a blind eye if it is mentioned my friend's middle name is Ann and dinni here has entered it with an E... >:(

Got you - well as I said, 5 years and not once did they pick up the difference between my passport and residency book. I'd chance it that end :)
-
Cheers Kieth that is what I'm going to do ;)

I would chance it. My wife is called Ann and the amount of times people spell it with an e is unbelievable.
-
Thank you Bewva think we will defo chance it ;)

We'll be the judge of that Paul - how many times exactly? :D
-
I think even the Turks would notice if it was spelt Enn instead of Ann ;)
