Title: Eddie the silverman
Post by: hubblebubbles on October 10, 2014, 06:04:30 AM
"Embrace would like to thank Eddie so much for his help with our charity. We always collect   silver....and occasionally gold which we have been given and he gives us a very good rate for it plus he has just made a generous donation to us. I think it was because it was Bayram .He is such a gentleman so I hope he has had a good season this year especially now he has competition next door .

Yes that's it Karen - a great Calis character and a very honourable man too. Turkish friends say that if you need to know what is going on, don't buy a newspaper, ask Edi :D

Edi is a lovely man. His English is fantastic. I am always amused when he wanders away up to the top of the street, wee dog in tow, and has left his shop wide open.    :)
