Title: Dalaman to Manchester via Istanbul. Anyone done it??
Post by: chris35 on December 23, 2014, 18:03:27 PM
Thinking of booking a return flight this way next year in November. We won't have any hold luggage. When we arrive at Istanbul do we have to check in again for the Manchester flight? We are using Turkish Airlines. Any advice would be appreciated.

If you are using the same airline for both legs the You will have 2 sets of boarding passes issued to you in Dalaman. Your luggage will be transferred automatically.

Chris, also you usually get 23kg hold luggage each free and free meals withTA, can be great value if you normally pay extra for cases. When you check in you check in for both flights so straight to departures at IST. It is really easy!

Thanks all. Definitely made my mind up for me,especially the freebies. Reminds me of the old Monarch days.  ;)
