Title: Like button

I'm having a problem with the "Like Button" I click on "Like" and nothing happens. The last "Like" recorded was on the 6th December. Anybody got any ideas please? My computing skills are not good so keep it simple please.

Where are you clicking on like - on someone else's post?

Where are you  seeing the 6th December date? If it is your own likes then I can see you several after the 6th. Note that the dates are the dates of your POSTS not when people liked them.

Are you trying to like your own posts? I'm assuming not as you shouldn't be able to do that. If you are liking other people's posts then these do not count towards your like count. In other words:

- you like somebody's post, then it adds 1 to THEIR like count and appears in their Likes list
- somebody likes your post, it adds one to YOUR like count and appears in your likes list

I have liked your post and it seems to work for me

I'm clicking to like someones post and nothing happens. I'm not trying to like my own posts

The 6th December like was the last time I managed to like someones post.

When you click on the like button, does it change?

Also, where are you seeing the 6th December date?

Looks like you've fallen foul of the CBF anti-nice filter.  It's there to make sure folks aren't too nice to other members...    ;)

Like button does not change.

It seems to be working for others so can only assume it is a problem with your browser. It might be worth deleting your cookies

I don't understand the terminolgy. :( I've got no idea what "Cookies" and "Browsers" are. :( Back home if I have a problem one of my grandchildren sorts it for me.   :)

Don,  I think you are at the Istanbul in Kaya.  Why not ask Engin (if he is there) or one of the younger staff members?  I am sure someone would help you.
