Title: That Was a Year That Was Quiznight - Akkent Garden

We had our first night last at the new Akkent Garden Hotel, in the Manalin Bistro,
A great night was had by all, it's a wonderful place with great hosts and lovely food.

Every week quizmaster Paul picks a different year to base the questions on, nobody know which year til the papers are handed out, last night was 1965 which I think proved to be the hardest quiz yet!

To all you quiz lovers out there, if you fancy a challenge please come along to this great venue and support the Animal Aid charity, it's free to enter and there is a trophy and bottle of wine for the winning team, even to losers get a nearly out of date packet of sweets! The only fundraising we do on the night is the raffle which is a bottle of spirits and several other nice prizes.  :)

Every Thursday Night commencing at 8.00 pm, come earlier if you are eating  ;)

Tinx now that the Present Mrs Tickets and I have returned, we can put you on notice of our intent to get our hands on the Animal Aid Quiz Trophy again!  So anyone who fancies stopping us from lifting the trophy again should get along and give it a go!!  ;)  ;)

It's a fantastic venue and great food everybody welcome    :)

Remember if you are eating please let us know as it helps the kitchen if they have a rough idea how many people to cater for, also get there early if you want to finish your food before he quiz starts.
