listening to Radio 4 earlier there was a trailer for an upcoming programme on the Magna Carta by Paul Sinha. Yes him of Chase fame. In it he advocates the updating of the Magna Carta with a new clause:
'All shall be free to vote in the General Election. All shall be free to vote in X Factor.. None shall be free to vote in both!'
