Title: Cleaning and meet and greets for rental apartment

I know this subject will already have been answered several times in the past, so please bear with me. However, I was hoping for some up to date advice if possible? I know how often things change around Calis and what was good advice last year may not be so now.

I need a reliable and good quality cleaning service which can do apartment cleans between rentals in Calis. They need to be efficient and reliable as we usually have guests leaving and arriving on the same day.

I also need someone to hold a set of keys and provide a meet and greet service to guests and provide an emergency telephone number in case our guests have a problem.

The people I have used for the past three years have not responded to my requests that they continue to look after the 2015 rentals so I need to put replacements in place.

I am not looking for a rental agency, I already have bookings and do not need or want any more.

Thanks in advance if you can recommend anyone.

Use All Aspects for all of the above.  Two years now, other than the odd niggle, no complaints.

Incidentally, over the winter our rear terrace is prone to flooding due to pine needles blocking the drains, AA are the first management company we've had who have religiously checked every week and send pics through with each report.

We would recommend Interturk.
   Olgar is very organised and is very good at keeping in touch and emails.
And love that she goes in and opens doors  and windows to air property.
   And house cleans are the best we have had over the years .

Been with AA since 2008 and so far, no complaints

Premium properties are excellent, we moved from AA to these, due to AA's incompetences.

Many thanks for your advice. We are now looking to put the apartment on the market. I have emailed Interturk to do both the sale and the remaining rentals for 2015 so they can coordinate viewings with rentals. However, I am not sure the info email address I have for them is working. Does anyone have an email address for Cenk or Olga which might be more successful?
