In Russia you cannot get car insurance unless you have a Dash Cam.
This is because the place is so corrupt and with the right amount of influence and money you can change anyon's story

It seems that lorries and pedestrians are the ones that take the most chances on the roads in Russian.
Scary stuff.

Not just in Russia do dashcams come in handy (I've got one) as this incident last week shows.

The driver of the lorry has been prosecuted.

Dont believe everything you read 3 of my family who live in russia all have cars plus full com ins none of them have web cams .
