hi everybody i'm jane and after coming to turkey 2/3 times we have decided to buy some property in calis. can anyone tell us if they know about or have had any dealings with tulip properties who we are in the process of buying from.

I have heard of Tulip properties but I have know personal experience of dealing with them.  Welcome to the forum Jane and good luck with your property I am sure it will give you much pleasure.

Hi Jane

We bought our apt. last year through Tulip Properties. We have nothing but praise for the way everything was handled. We dealt with a guy called Alif Askin and recently another guy called Falcon who you may have met when he worked in the Orient Restaurant.He is now the Sales Manager for Tulip.We particularly remember allowing Falcon to drive off with our shopping from Fethiye market in the boot of his car along with our long awaited Tapu.He turned up four hours later and laughed at us as he couldn't understand why we were worried .Only in Turkey.Seriously though we received great service.

Thanks for all the quick answers it has really put my mind at rest.  We have been dealing with both Alif and Falcon and also Ian Rush and although we had really good feelings about all of them, my husband just wanted to make sure. just can't wait until the property is finished.

hi all, my name is bob and i live in sunny old stonehaven aberdeenshire. i love going to calis and have been doing so for about 5 yrs sometimes 3 times a yr. In all the yrs i have met many many friends both turkish and uk. i have a partner and two kids 13 + 6 who also love calis, we always stay at talas aparts with serkan but probably frequent the bars and restaurants i hear you all mention on this forum, so much so that some of us have probably met already and dont know it.ill sign off now and hope to chat soon about the lovely place that i think we class as a second home. take care bob.
