Hi everyone my name is Sandra, will be coming to Calis in a few weeks and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good Physio or Sports Therapist in the area. I have a form of not sure if it's Sciatica or a muscle problem in my legs, which sometimes can be very painful when trying to stand up after sitting down for a short while.
Also if you have any idea of the cost per session it would be appreciated.
