Title: Mac disk to Windows , HELP!!

I have a USB Ata Serial Bridge Disk,  There are files (photos) yet them have been uploaded from MAC I have Windows 10.  8, and  7.  I have looked at the Disk Management and looked at formatting the disk, however, this could maybe delete the files on the disk.  I hesitated at the Wizard stage to complete for this reason. 


Is there a safe way to extract the files to a windows computer?  The alternative is to find a person with a Mac computer to extract the files and upload to "My Cloud" ?  The problem is finding a person with a Mac computer willing to do this.


Any suggestions welcome.

John thank you, it looks like success, it is currently running and extracting the files, fingers crossed I have done it right. 
I knew asking here you would be that man ;D
