Noticed they'd done away with the children's play area earlier in the year. We were slightly disappointed as the sunbeds, wooden swing seat and bean bag thingys were all looking a bit run down and uncared for. Its obviously picked up as the season's went on.

So would I. I nearly spat my tea out when I read that bit and had to read it aloud to John.

We went for a day and it was far more in keeping with other places...5 tl for a coke 4 at most establishments, mixed omelette i think was about 12 or 13 tl a bit more then other places and you have to pay 5 tl for a bed and you had to have a brolly that was not negotiable!
We had a lovely day once we had moved away from the speaker, my only two gripes were one the loud music we asked twice for it to be turned down, they probably thought why have those two old fogs plonked themselves right in front of the speaker and then winged about the music being loud!
The second was when i ordered a diet coke the waiter tried to get me to have a cocktail, when i said no thanks he persisted and said "you are on your holiday you can drink coke any time in England, to which i replied i dont drink during the day holiday or not can i just have my coke please, dont think he was best pleased but tuff!
Also those bed things with the drapes could be called a cabana are 90 tl for a day which iis not bad if its yours for the day, i believe the new Sensatori charges to use theirs so they prob got the idea from them..
Cant speak for the beer prices or evening meals but we had a lovely day and will defo go back next season, the sea with the breaker they have there is defo far more calmer  and i was less dubious about going in then the other end of the beach where the "floaters" and colour of sea had been in question, i did go in but was constantly on the look out for unidentified objects going past me...http://

We like to go to the Sat for a day on lounging by the beach. It's a good place to watch the boats going to and fro and much nicer to go in the sea than other parts of the beach.  This year they have new sunbeds and brollies but didn't notice if the children's playgound is still there. We stayed near the entrance as they do play the music a little too loud. We had lunch in the upstairs part, the views are fantastic and the breeze really lovely. Didn't find it particularly expensive, pretty much the same as other restaurants on the prom. The menu was also more appealing than on previous visits so we decided to try an evening visit.  We had shrimp casserole and meatball casserole, both very good and about 27 lira each.  We went again with friends on our last night and this time had starters of mezzes and chicken pakora which were very good. Attached is a picture I found on Sat Beach Clubs Facebook page which was taken during our visit.
