Hi all I am meeting someone in Dalaman airport and to get there I am using a transfer company who will drop me off at departures, anyone know how I get to arrivals ?

The arrivals area is the level below departures. There are stairs outside of the doors where you will be dropped off.

There is also an escalator to the left when you are facing the doors to go into departures. This will take you down to the lower level which is arrivals.
