Title: Bright lights toward the shore from the islands?

Can anyone tell me what the bright lights are shining towards the shore from the islands off calis beach?

 I've had numerous tiles, none of which I really believe.

Are they coastguard or turtle related?

Seem very bright and directed at the shore?

Possibly turtle related - in the other direction, the street/prom lights are blanked out on the beach side and just shine inwards, apparently because newly hatched turtles follow the light of the moon and will be disorientated by the prom lighting. This worked better before the neon and fluorescent jungle that arrived along Calis prom in later years.

But bright lights offshore pointing at Calis Beach would make sense as a directional hint for baby turtles  :)

It is a fish processing boat.. came past it yesterday and they told us what it was.
