Title: Where in the World ?

These places all have a place in history, sadly. I confess some are pretty/very obscure (especially Number eight  :). Also there are two relating to the same event the same world event.

OK, here's my best guesses

1. The grassy knoll in Dallas - assasination of JFK

4. Paris underpass- death of Diana

6. Staircase of Titanic - sinking of Titanic

8. Iranian Embassy in London - siege May 1980

All correct except 5, 7,8 and 9 kevin3.

pops- all correct (very well done) except number 5 and I can understand your answer. Number 10 is very difficult.

Colwyn - all correct except number 8 which again I can understand.

I cheated and looked up No 8 - well I wasn't going to submit again so not really cheating. Blimey. I'd never have got that one.

9. Robben Island.
10. The entrance to Dallas Police Station Car park where Lee Harvey Oswald was shot.

  I thought of Lucan for No 8 but it seemed too unlikely for your list.  Silly me.
