Harper Lee the author of the wonderful and important To Kill a Mocking Bird died aged 89. RIP.

Haven't read the book for many years.

Sorta sad - same age as my Mum - almost to the day. My Mum's best quote is probably "Sit down and shut up".

"Things are never as bad as they seem" - didn't know it was one of Harper Lee's.

RIP - extraordinary writer.

Did she write anything else?
