Post by: kevin3 on March 08, 2016, 13:23:58 PM: In their infinite wisdom the UK Courts have today ruled that the indoor smoking ban does not apply to HM Prisons. That just ain't just.

I suppose the next step will be free fags for inmates. !! (cigarettes that is.) ;) ;)
