hi every body hope to buy in calis next year so just finding out about the place havent been yet but looks great hope to visit in october and april 06

Welcome - enjoy your search for property - how exciting.
We are off in Sept to visit our new place for the 3rd time this year!
It is definitly the best thing we have done - though having the money tied up in a country 3 1/2 hours away is quite daunting!
No regrets yet!

Hi Trainer,welcome to the forum.

Might see you around and about in October. We bought last year, should have done it years ago but better late than never.It's the most wonderful thing for us both to sit on our terrace as the sun goes down, drink in hand ,and thinking that this doesn't get any better !  8)[:X]

Welcome to the forum.  Have a great time in October and hope you find your place next year.  We bought last year and love it!
