Title: slow cookers
Post by: MarKar on May 02, 2016, 10:25:21 AM
Can I buy a slow cooker any where in fethiye the type I can pop something into and let  cook all day with out the effort or overpowering heat in the kitchen. And how much would they be, I'm can bring one from the UK but I think it will be a bit to big for the case to pack securely.
Thanks markar

The garden centre on the main road through Ovacik stocks them.

My favourite bit of kitchen kit.  Fill it and forget it.

Yes it is. Sorry, no idea of this year's prices.

Just checked with the owner. He's got them in stock and they're 169TL.

Seems very expensive to me. I got one in Lidl a few weeks back for £13.

I've bought two for friends recently from the car boot sales, £2 and £3 in perfect condition. Cheap meals.       ;)

Slow cookers are relatively very expensive over here compared to uk prices. Shopping around probably won't make much difference if you want a new one.

If you've got the luggage allowance I'd bring one over.

I brought small 1.5lt one a few years back.  It's plenty big enough for the two of us and was easy to fit into our case.
Think it cost me around £10
