I know the Kipa near the hospital in Calis. I think it is the largest supermarket in Calis.
Are there further supermarkets with a similar size in Calis ?
We make self-catering and have no car. Small tourists shops with drinks, ice cream and beachware are not very helpful.
In addition we are very interested to know where the locals are buying their food (except open markets on Sunday etc.)

We get the dolmus to Kippa and a taxi back. There is always one sitting outside and it is not too expensive. For all the heavy stuff like water ,beer, wine, cleaning products see my post on "good shop bad shop" about the Ces market.

Depends whereabouts in Calis you are staying. There's a Sok supermarket on Baris Manco Blvd. Just by the Sunday market are 2 smaller branches of Migros & an A101. There are also a number of corner shops around.

There are a few supermarkets on the Gunlukbasi Road too.
There are more than enough to keep you going during your stay

In reply to Karennina, we love Bim too. We call it Biddles as it reminds us of Lidles.

Thank you for your answers. I found all mentioned markets on Google map ;-)
Do the small Carefour market on Mustafa Kemal Blv. still exist ? The market would be a few footsteps away from Lissa Garden / Lissa Links Apartments.

Yes it's still there........
