BUS STOP is one of the very best bars in calis- it is so gr8 that i could spend my whole holiday in there and not get bored. They food is delicious and the lads are gr8 2, they are all very friendly and up for a laugh. When u visit calis be sure to visit BUS STOP- u wud be mad not 2!
TEO,MAHONEY,MUTLU,CARL,RAMASAN(BLOODY GORGEOUS) ur all gr8 !

I've got to say Teos dog is gorgeous. Can somebody tell me what this Ramazan guy looks like. I have been going to calis for 10 years and i have never even met or heard of this guy. Even when i lived there. I was in the bar 3 weeks ago and never even heard of him!! Does anyone know Omar .. mostly known as 'cowboy' who used to own Post Office??

Ramazan - wears the same clothes ALL the time! - white pants,turqoise belt and a turqouise or purple moschino top! Hes got a bit of a dodgy curtain hair-do (sorry), a bit cheesy at times but im not one to diss so nuff said by me

LOL he does only seem to have 2 outfits and instead of alternating he seems to start of in the oh so attractive white trousers combo then change into a shirt later on in the night!
You can't miss him, even if you dont go into Bus Stop, as he stands on the front hassling everyone as they walk past.

He's also known as 'bloody gorgeous' - named by his number 1 fan (himself!)
He was at one of the Serkuls last year, can never remember which one but its the second one if you were walking away from Bus stop, where Mehmet works.

In answer to your question Seviyorum, yes the guy you saw in a suit falling all over the place probably was Ramazan. He has one pint and he's all over the place (light weight)!! He does only have a few clothes and they are dodgy. Glad i got rid of that 1!!! Oh and Jenny we are not mean -we are just being truthful haha!!

Lol Jenny. Maria and I have seen him in action whilst sat in the Bus Stop watching the sunset and he certainly has plenty of girls on the go all the time.It's like a revolving door. Dont know how he has the energy , must be on some energy pills :)Bless him. Oh to be young again ;)

I personally think that he is the most annoying ruid person in Bus Stop and I think that many people there would agree with me on that one.

I know that all of the waiters are great but my personal opinion is that I do not like Ramazan. I have just spent 5 weeks with my boyfriend out there who works there so I know how he works round the "little girlies"!!

Ive been going for 5 weeks a year for the past 5 yesr, im well used to seeing the goings on with the barmen! How they get awau with it I dont know! I have enjoyed sitting back watching all the bitchiness going on, its so petty and silly at times but still amusing!

totally agree with you both , cutz and jenny! when i was over there he was all over my friend,(i warned her about him, but she didn't listen) then all over some 14 year old, he needs to be careful. i wouldn't say all turkish bar men are the same, there are the few good ones! it's a shame they have a bad reputation.

Oh yeah there are definately some good ones, dont get me wrong ive got some very good friends who are barmen, but the girls do go very silly over them! It was the girls i was talking about more so than the men.

I agree with you jenny, been going 5 years now and there def are so good ones, but as you say its so funny to watch young girls fall for there games, i did once but not again.

Ladies, if you go back try playing R at his own game - I did and boy does he have a hissy fit! Being "older" (maybe not wiser) I recognise the type from miles off. I let him flirt with me and by the end of the first week I had him following me up the road, finding me in other restaurants and even coming into Fethiye to find me. I told him from the start that I would not, but it didn't stop him trying.... I think I may have broken him. But he'll bounce back and find another! Mind you, can you blame him for playing around - kid in a sweetshop - he'd be daft to turn it down! He does have some good lines though - I want to give you my heart is probably the best.
I will go back though - fantastic food and Mahoney is lovely. With a lovely girlfriend, as well!
As I'm new to chatrooms I hope I don't get this locked - not really sure how these things go!

I might be a bit biased here as Lian (Cutz) is my cousin, but whilst Mutlu is really a genuine and lovely lad, I happen to think that he is also lucky to be with Liann :)Just to show that I am not going off topic, just got back from Calis and we had to sit inside the bar with the glass doors closed as it was far too cold to be outside.

Maria, I agree with you 100%! This is the most tedious thread and as you say a fine example of bullying! Clearly Clarex is young, but judging by the "grown-up" replies I think we can safely say they are all children!!! Let's face it there is no exclusivity to their "boyfirends" -most are shared property! This bickering is possibly their "boyfriends" biggest source of amusement during those out of season months!

How can this thread be seen as 'bullying' im responding to clarexs' posts. I have not said anything threatening to her at all. I told her i didn't agree and as Jordannas a friend of some people on this site, of course their going to stick up for her.

yea the lamb was gorgeous, jenny i only had a taste of yours, but it was well nice. We were lamb crazed tho that week lol. I had the curry in busstop and that was really nice. The fish casserole thing on a sizzler is absolutely delicious- i had a bit of diana's.

You carry on Clare, the Kids forum is for as it says "kids" not these twenty year old's. All they have managed to achieve a slow erradication of bus stops' business and making customers walk away.
When i was watching the Turkey/Switzerland football game two weeks ago in the bus stop I am sure that the three girls who were being "looked after" by the staff were not .....

volkan did come back to calis for a week over the summer but it was after you had left liann, volkan is Tansu's bestest friend calls him his brother and meaans it, he has been in the army just over a year i think, you will meet him when you next go over to calis because he will be there and im sure he will be working in the bus stop! great man! xjx

I agree to a certain extent Jukebox but as Jenny says she is 22, well past the age of legally going to a bar, I have to say I get a bit concerned with the 13 and 14 year olds but quite honestly that is their parents responsibility, my two girls would never have gone to a bar at that age, cos I would have throttled them first! but 17 yr olds go to bars in the uk with the blessing of the police as long as they behave, so I can't see why it should be any different in Turkey, rather have them drinking somewhere you know than in a back street or park!
PS when I speak of the blessings of the police my brother- in - law is the head of a sec mod school and the police told him that they would rather have kids in the pubs behaving themselves than out on the streets not doing!

13 and 14 year olds, and younger, still go in bars on holiday with their parents anyway, doesnt mean theyre drinking alcohol or staying out til 4 in the morning unaccompanied.

I agree with what you say Jukebox, what I meant was there are some 13 /14 year olds and younger who are just enjoying the evening in a bar with their parents, so they may want to comment in the kids forum on their favourite places to go. Obviously though, it seems this has turned into a thread for us 'older kids'! And it is also clear that there are 14 year olds who do drink and stay out late in bars on their own but thats down to bad parenting as far as im concerned!

i definately agree girls! As the more you go to Calis the more you get to know people and so what if they work in bars, oscarj you seem to presume that the girls on here who happen to be with a turkish man are naive and stupid- i disagree 100% i think if a girl has a serious turkish boyfriend working in tourism then she must be a very strong person, having to put up with tourist girls throwin themselves on them all the time, must be patient- having to wait until their boyfriend finishes their shift. I think its totally the opposite to being naive and silly i think it takes a strong girl to make a relationship like that work- my hats go off to them i was with a turkish guy once didnt work- but hey it has made me a stronger person and isnt life all about learning, being happy and taking opportunities when they arise. Sure girls go and meet barmen and its just a holiday romance, but you have no place to comment on peoples relationships as you have never met these people. Us girls are just having a gossip about the bars, drinks and of course the men lol.
Anyway back on thread, me and jenny wil be hittin the busstop in may (hopefully) trying to find an apart for the summer weeks (for our little adventure haha)Im thinkin all the girls on here will fill the place up everynight and drink all the alcohol if thats possible!!! lol

It is possible to have a serious relationship in calis. Especially as some of us have been going for years on end - we are not silly little naive girls who think we're madly in love after a two week holiday! We've been through and seen enough. We're in long - term relationships- never given up, despite all this c**p!!
It's very obvious to me that oscarj doesn't have a very exciting life - and has nothing better to do than make comments on something that she knows nothing about!! and just relays what has been heard. Very sad! [|)]

As much as one enjoys (not) the idle boyfriend/girlfriend hyper-activity,please keep the "Kids Forum" topic of alcohol, whom is going out with whom, sex on the beach and BJ's, this is obviously the ideal "Kid's Forum" topic.
I myself having two daughters aged ten and twelve have blocked this forum from my children, previously my daughters were allowed, under supervision, to contact and make friends with people of thier own age. My wife and I would then arrange, with other parents activities and time together, so children could make friends of thier own age whilst on holiday.
Hopefully, the last people who have posted are not looking into caring or teaching children.

Actually Lou Cyher, Im a primary school teacher and I dont see what the problem is with anything I have written (apart from spelling mistakes!) or why it would mean I was not suitable to care for or teach children? Teachers have lives to you know, and boyfriends and we gossip- our lives dont revolve around school and much to some childrens disbelief - we do leave school at times!!
I think that if I don't mind my colleagues or parents of children in my class reading what I have writen then it can't be that bad, and I would be OK with them seeing what I have written on here.
I just don't see why you're so put out by the fact that people are talking about their boyfriends on here - that is what 'kids/teenagers' do far more than adults anyway!
